All comment lengths count as engagement. Whether it’s 2 words or 200, as long as the comment is considered authentic (ie not bot-driven) then Instagram sees this as engagement.

All account types are treated equally. Instagram has confirmed that all account types, business; personal and creator, are given equal treatment when it comes to the algorithm.

The first 30 minutes does not determine your ranking. Posts are no longer prioritised by the algorithm when they get more engagement within the first 30 minutes of posting.
