Revitalising Be Hot Personal Training’s brand through web design and SEO.
The Brief
Client: Be Hot Personal Training
Operating in the fitness industry in Rockhampton, QLD, Be Hot Personal Training is a women’s-only gym focused on delivering results through personalised training.
Challenge:
While Be Hot already had a digital presence through their Google Business profile, Instagram, and Facebook, they lacked a dedicated website to ensure their digital marketing works in unison.
Objective:
Our mission was to create a website that lived up to Be Hot’s glowing reviews and helped grow the business through an effective SEO strategy. We also aimed for a design that would appeal to their specific clientele without falling into the typical “pink” stereotype for women’s gyms.
Our Approach
Research:
First, we researched personal trainers, women-only gyms and their specific web design and SEO needs. This guided us in creating a digital strategy that would resonate with Be Hot’s target audience.
Collaboration:
We were fortunate to work closely with Be Hot’s owner, Bec Hayes, who had a clear vision for the brand. Her input was invaluable, and we’re pleased to say she loved our first draft design.
Customer Profiling:
Using our research and Bec Hayes’ insights, we developed customer profiles to guide us in creating a website that would resonate with the gym’s clientele. This influenced our design choices, ensuring we created an intuitive, inviting, and effective interface.
Strategy & Execution:
We set out to design a contemporary website using WordPress and Elementor page builder, taking care to implement curves as a design motif. We also rolled out a robust SEO strategy tailored to the fitness industry. Additionally, we integrated a third-party Fitness Industry CRM platform to ensure the website was as functional as it was beautiful.
Client’s Words
Bec Hayes, the owner of Be Hot Personal Training, couldn’t be happier: “I can not recommend Kerrin and Left Bank Design highly enough! Kerrin worked with me to set up my website via remote location. She was extremely pleasant, helpful and punctual with all tasks. I’m not a very tech-savvy person, and she always took the time to help explain things and send me any extra info required. Thanks for such a professional and positive experience.”
